Shipping and Return Policy

At Rooted In Thought, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience, including a smooth and efficient shipping and return process. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our procedures.

Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: (7-10 business days, the cost: is $7- $10)
Free shipping is available for orders over $150.

3. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
USPS is our primary shipping partner. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected.

4. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International shipping times may vary and are subject to customs processing and other factors outside our control.

5. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rootedinthought.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@rootedinthought.com. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@rootedinthought.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

6. Non-Returnable Items
