Shipping & Returns

1. Processing
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number through text/email.

Keep in mind we cannot guarantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via phone and email about your missing item. Th!nk Tees offers the following shipping methods.
3. Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please allow 7-10 business days for domestic shipping. We ship all orders through USPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. Th!nk Tees is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ, and it is in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package.   
4. Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 48 Hours after order is received (excluding weekends or national holidays). Returns/Exchanges are not processed until we receive the return/exchange item at our Headquarters. For returns/exchanges email our customer service department and we will be glad to assist. It is on you to ship the package back to us (Th!nk Tees will not pay for return shipping). Items are only exchangeable if unworn, in good condition, and in original packaging. If an item does not work out for you, the item can only be exchanged for store credit that can be used towards another order.
